Painted photographs\, digital artwork not created through photography\, or other mixed media artwork containing in part photographs will not be accepted. All work must be for sale. Membership is not a requirement. \nENTRY SUBMISSIONS:  Images must be submitted via Smarter Entry. There will be a link posted to our website when the submission period begins.  CD’s will not be accepted. \nSUBMISSION FEE: \n$15.00 for first image and $10.00 for each additional image; fees are non-refundable \nLIMITATIONS:  Maximum number of entries per artist is 15. The limit on how many images selected for exhibition is one per artist.  Only one award will be given to a particular artist. \nPrevious submissions that were selected for exhibition in an earlier Annual Juried Art Show or Annual Fine Art of Photography Exhibition may not be entered. \nNOTIFICATION OF ACCEPTANCE:  Judges’ selections will be posted on our website no later than 5:00 pm\, Wednesday\, April 12. \nA group email will also note the publication of the selected list \nFRAMING: \nFrames must be sturdy\, wired\, and ready for hanging \nNon-wire hanging rails on metal\, glass\, or wood prints are acceptable\, but cannot accept specialty prints that are designed to hang on a nail. \nWorn\, unprofessional presentation is not acceptable \nFramed work should not exceed 36″ in any direction \nDiptych or triptych images must be contained in a single frame\, not to exceed 36” in any direction \n\nAWARDS:   Award winners will be notified prior to the opening reception that they have won an award but not which award. Specific awards will be announced at the Reception and Awards Ceremony.  Artists are limited to only one award. \nSALE:  Selling price must be specified on the artwork submission form and will remain unchanged during the duration of the show.  The Plymouth Guild receives commission on all sales: Members 30%\, Non-Members 40%. Categories: Photography\, Drawing\, Oil and Acrylic Painting\, Watercolor\, Mixed Media\, Jewelry/Wearable Art and 3D (All media). A special “Hanover Excellence Award” will be given to an artist from Hanover\, or one who depicts a Hanover-related scene or theme in their work. \nJURYING PROCESS: Guest Jurors\, TBD\, will select works of merit in each category to receive a first prize cash award and subsequent awards\, as they deem appropriate for second\, third and honorable mention ribbons. \nENTRY PROCEDURE:  \n Artwork must be dropped off at the Frame Center: 152 Rockland Street\, Hanover.  \nDrop off dates: Saturday\, June 4 from 2-5pm or Tuesday\, June 7 from 10am -12pm \nA completed\, signed registration form and $10.00 cash entry fee must accompany artwork at drop-off. All work must be received ready for installation. Please take proper precautions in supporting your work for display. All framed work must be securely framed and wired\, ready for hanging. All unframed\, 2-dimensional work must also be properly prepared for hanging. Clamped glass or sawtooth hangers are not considered acceptable preparations for hanging. Artwork deemed unable to hang/install may be rejected from the exhibit.  \nDue to space limitations\, all 2-D artwork should be no larger than 24”x 36”.
